We will also cover how to differentiate your business online, and how to keep up the momentum once you get going. Topics include:

Past Event: Defining Your Brand on August 22: This interactive workshop will kick start your marketing efforts by defining your brand and your customers. This practice will help to ensure that you're spending your marketing time efficiently by connecting with your customers where they live online. This workshop will include:
- What is branding? (Hint: It's so much more than a logo.)
- How to build a cohesive, consistent brand.
- Customer Personas: Identify your customer's key traits and media habits for effective marketing.
At the end of this workshop, attendees should be able to confidently define who they are as a business, who their customers are, and how to find them online.
